Indications

The 2015 clinical practice guideline from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine recommends oral appliance therapy for adults with obstructive sleep apnea who are intolerant of CPAP or prefer alternate therapy, and recommends a custom, titratable appliance over non-custom devices. It also recommends follow-up sleep testing to confirm efficacy. The supporting studies, with links.

Appliances

Dr. Love fits custom, titratable, milled appliances, including the EMA and the ProSomnus MicrO2, after a CBCT and intraoral scan. Details of the process.
