An oral appliance isn’t set once and forgotten. After your fitting, Dr. Love adjusts it a fraction of a millimeter at a time over a few visits until the snoring and the symptoms are gone. Follow-ups are typically scheduled at about one month, six months and one year, and a follow-up sleep test confirms the appliance is doing its job.
